A genuine struggle with overproductivity during covid-19 lockdown

A normal day without lockdown would involve a delivery boy, maid or some visitor knocking at your door every alternate hour. There is also everyday traffic noise or building construction noise that you are already accustomed to.
No doubt lockdown has adversely affected life. Every once in awhile I see posts from my friends on being constantly bored or depressed having nothing much to do at home. They also seem to have exhausted every watchable video on Netflix and Amazon Prime. There are a new cult of lockdown online/mobile gamers who rarely played otherwise. I see many newly graduated cooks with their graduation gowns (cooking aprons) and dishes on social media.
But much to my surprise I am facing an exactly opposite problem — the struggle with over productivity especially for the last two weeks since lockdown. Productivity is great but when it comes to the point that you feel sleep and food are a stupid waste of time in human life, then there is a real problem :) That is exactly where I am at currently!
With no external disturbances, no errands to run and family at home to take care of cooking, I could just zone in and do my work throughout the day.
