Have you put in a lot of effort for something technical but the world hasn’t rewarded you for it?
It could be a Github Library or Youtube video or an app that you worked on!
From my personal funds, I want to reward 6 solo creators in India with 25,000 INR ($295) each, totaling 1.5 lakhs ($1770).
I know it’s not a huge amount, but it could support you financially for 1–2 months if you’re a student or in the early stages of your financial journey.
I want the process to be as simple as possible.
1. No extra work to do. I want to reward you for the work that you have already done.
2. No long form filling. You can apply in less than 2 minutes.
3. No long wait for the announcement. Results will be announced and funds will be transferred in 3–5 days.
Why am I doing this?
I want to do what I wish someone had offered me in my early days of my creator journey.
1. A reward for the hard work I had already done.
2. Freedom to think and execute without worrying about finances at least for a few months.
3. Immediate reward instead of being asked to work now and wait six months for the results of some online hackathon.
4. And I want to change the answer to a common question that comes to my mind and probably everyone’s: “How does it matter to me if Ramsri or some creator makes $100K or $1 million from their apps? I won’t gain a single rupee from it.”
Why only solo creators in India?
Ease of immediate money transfer via UPI and not adding complexity to regulations.
