The million $ Investor Deck: Edtech AI Startup

The investor deck that got us a nod from investors for a 1 million$ seed round.

Back in 2019, my co-founder and I were fundraising for our previous edtech startup Aurora that we later decided to close down due to cofounder differences.

However, we did get a nod from two lead investors for our 1 mil $ seed round raise before we called it quits.

I am open-sourcing the investor deck so that it might be useful to other entrepreneurs in the ecosystem who might be fundraising.

I masked the areas with sensitive information.

For those who are unaware -

An investor deck argues in favor of investment for the company so it is slightly more detailed (18 slides in my case) as opposed to Pitchdeck that introduces the problem and focuses on why the company should exist.

The Pitch deck is usually 10–12 slides long.
